Mid-year Institute Description
NSTTAC’s Secondary Transition State Planning Institute Mid-year Follow-up will be held on October 17, 2020 from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM in conjunction with CEC’s Division on Career Development and Transition (DCDT) International Conference (October 18 – 20, 2007). It will be held at the Walt Disney World Contemporary Resort Hotel in Orlando, Florida.
The Mid-year Follow-up is part of a continuous improvement process and will give state teams an opportunity to review progress on transition capacity building plans developed at the Secondary Transition State Planning Institute (May, 2007). The content delivery for this one-day Institute will reflect common focus areas from those state plans. Facilitated problem-solving sessions with NSTTAC staff, other state teams, as well as additional experts in secondary transition will help teams consider supports and barriers to progress.
A more specific agenda for October 17th will be posted at www.nsttac.org in early fall.
