The 2009 Secondary Transition State Planning Institute, co-hosted with the IDEA Partnership, the National Dropout Prevention Center for Students with Disabilities, and the National Post-School Outcomes Center will be held at the Hilton Charlotte University Place, NC (May 12-14).
