Each year, a Secondary Transition Technical Assistance Booklet, based on National Secondary Transition Technical Assistance Center (NSTTAC) resources and best practices from other states, is developed and disseminated to all school districts.  The Booklet addresses each of the eight transition standards in Indicator 13 and information pertaining to Indicators 1, 2 and 14. The information is provided at trainings, conferences, and online at http://www.ode.state.or.us/search/page/?=3180  and through the Transition Community Network website ( http://tcntransition.org/ ) dedicated to all transition topics.  

Other State Activities:

The Youth Transition Program (YTP) is a comprehensive transition program for youth with disabilities operated collaboratively by the office of Oregon Office of Vocational Rehabilitation Services (OVRS), the Oregon Department of Education (ODE), the University of Oregon (U of O), and local school districts statewide in Oregon.
